Dr. Jessica Britten-Fazzio, D.D.S.
Born and raised in the Chicago area, an after-school job at 15 as an assistant to her orthodontist led her to a career in dentistry. She received her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2006.
She has been serving the people of Palatine and the surrounding suburbs since 2006, and has been the proud owner of Palatine Dental Associates since 2008 following the retirement of her mentor, Dr. Alan Krakora.
Dr. Jane Parker
Dr. Parker was born and raised in Minnesota. She completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Iowa and continued her education at Iowa receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from The University of Iowa College of Dentistry. She completed additional training in pediatrics during her summer fellowship with the program. She was awarded the American Academy of Implant Dentistry award upon graduation. Dr. Parker prides herself in treating every patient with the compassion and respect that she would a family member. Her ultimate goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming environment while providing her patients the highest quality of dental care.
Outside of the office, Dr. Parker likes spending time outdoors, trying new restaurants, exercising, and traveling. Above all she enjoys spending time with her family.
Dr. Bruce Abdullah
Dr. Bruce Abdullah earned his dental degree from Loyola University School of Dentistry. He received his Certificate in Periodontics and Masters Degree in Science from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1989.
Dr. Abdullah is currently an Associate Clinical Professor of Periodontics in Post Graduate Periodontics at the University of Illinois and has been teaching for the last 20+ years. He performs and teaches the latest techniques in implant and periodontal surgery. Dr Abdullah is responsible for instructing the residents on the placement of implants and advancements in the field of implant surgery.
Dr. Abdullah is one of the first Periodontists trained in the field of implant oseointergration by Professor Per-Ingvar Branemark in 1987. Dr. Abdullah is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He is among only a small percentage of Periodontists throughout the world that has attained the qualifications of being a Diplomate of The American Academy of Periodontology.
Dr. Jamieson Brady, D.D.S., MaCSD
Dr. Jamieson Brady is a gentle, caring dentist who makes patient comfort his top priority. He graduated from the University at Buffalo summa cum laude with a BS in Biological Sciences and continued to earn his DDS. While at Buffalo he was active in award-winning research and had several of his studies published in national scientific journals. After graduation he entered an oral & maxillofacial surgery internship at Cook County Hospital in Chicago and later achieved Mastership in the College of Sedation Dentistry.
Dr. Brady’s practice is now focused on tooth extractions with IV sedation. He has a passion for teaching in his role as Clinical Instructor for Western Surgical & Sedation, where he trains dentists from around the world to safely extract impacted wisdom teeth. We understand there can be stress associated with dental procedures – Dr. Brady is trained to recognize this and always works to eliminate the anxiety associated with treatment. Dr. Brady is licensed to administer IV sedation. With IV sedation, patients sleep lightly through the procedure and typically have little or no memory of the event. Our highly trained staff ensures this happens in a safe, controlled environment. Dr. Brady is an active member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
Outside of dentistry Dr. Brady enjoys skiing, gardening, traveling, and live music. He lives in the west suburbs with his wife Elizabeth, dog Charlie, and cat Carl.
Dr. J.C. Jacobs, D.M.D.
Dr. J.C. Jacobs brings a unique blend of scientific understanding and artistic skill to dentistry. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Northwestern University before completing his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. Dr. Jacobs was drawn to dentistry by its combination of hands-on work, scientific principles, and creative artistry, finding it a deeply rewarding field.
What Dr. Jacobs loves most about practicing dentistry is meeting each patient where they are in their oral health journey. He is dedicated to understanding their individual needs and guiding them forward, striving to make positive impacts on their oral health, no matter how big or small.
Dr. Jacobs is excited to be a part of the Palatine community, appreciating its down-to-earth residents and their pride in both their city and Chicago. Outside the office, Dr. Jacobs enjoys traveling with his wife, Linda, and their 5-year-old son, Charlie. Their family also includes two dogs and a fish. When not exploring new places, he cherishes time spent with friends and family.

Our Dental Wellness Membership is designed to provide affordability and greater access to quality dental care. Your benefits will be available only at Palatine Dental Associates. This program is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be used:
In conjunction with another dental plan. Non-refundable. No refunds or premiums will be issued at any time if participant decides not to utilize dental membership. Membership is non-transferable. Patients portion of any bill is due at time of service. The membership is in effect once the premiums have been paid and will remain in effect for twelve consecutive months. Excludes specialists, specialist referrals and retail items.
